Do we have to move away from our current accounting software?
No. Orbit runs your projects, quotes, invoicing and inbox filing. It sits alongside your accounting software rather than replacing it, and we can talk through a phased handover if you eventually want to consolidate.
Where does our data actually live?
Documents and emails are filed straight into your own Microsoft 365, so they never leave your organisation. Application data such as projects, quotes and job records is hosted on secure, POPIA-aligned infrastructure with encrypted storage and strict access control.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are running within a week. We connect your Microsoft 365, set up your projects and job numbering, and bring your team on with a short walkthrough.
What does the email agent actually do?
It reads your accounts inbox, works out what each message is (an invoice, a proof of payment, a query), matches it to the right job number, and files it. Anything it is not confident about gets flagged for a quick human check.
